From choosing the right legal form to issuing employee options, we put the legal foundations of your startup in place — correctly, from day one.
A startup enters relationships with co-founders, employees, contractors and investors from day one. The right structure and documents remove or sharply limit the risks in each of them.
The legal foundations every founder needs.
